It's Morning, Sam — Rise n' Shine
So February 3 is your hatchday, is it? Has the party planning already started? Are the Scruffy Birds, if that's how you refer to them, are they practicing some jazzy rendition of the hatchday song to be played in your honor? Oh! What if the Pearl's set sail by that time. It'll be a party attended by a hoard of pirates which I imagine would make for a pretty good celebration. I hear them pirates are always looking for a reason to party, and if they don't have one, they make one up. The 3rd of next month is not all that far away so Happy Hatchday a few days early.
On to the subject of baseball. You know, that's what Art said to me too, that I might like to play catcher. It was news to me. I'll cover whatever position you need covered, Coach, I don't have a preference. I've played center field for a number of years and been happy there so it doesn't matter whether I'm infield or out, it'll be a greyt time no matter what.
And fyi, I did dream about peanuts last night. It's not very often that I don't.
