Hi, Zippy, The winter weather has been all over the place this year. Mostly ours has been normalish, with some rain, some cold, some warm and mostly sunny. At least you got a tad bit of snow. Yes, we've heard from a few of the east coast birdies and so glad all are safe and apparently not part of the ones that lost power. Your mom should read the Donna Andrews series in order since it does progress from year to year and there have been quite a few of 'em. All have that same quirkiness and the myriad of relatives are a hoot. Not to mention that furball Spike. Have a great day, wing hugs, beak kisses and a vote, Pearl and Silver.
