Part two of Sam on the nest!
The wild bird stretches and preens and looks up to the stars! She makes a sad sound and Spot says, if he's there we will rescue him! Now just trust the Lord!
Puffin hugs the ladybird and says, my Spot will make sure they know to get your husbird!
It's been about two hours, you ready to go back to your eggs?
She nods yes and they take her back to the cabin. Sam is asleep on the nest! He has his wings srpead a little to make sure he covers all the eggs.
Why look, Spot! He's a natural! Quick, get the camera!
Spot says, it's right here! They take a picture of Sam sitting on the eggs. Then they hide the camera in one of Spot's pockets!
Puffin says softly, Sam, Sam! We're back, you can come off the eggs now!
Sam wakes up and sees where he is. He leaps off the eggs and the ladybird takes over.
Sam says, I mean it! You'll be seeing Davey Jone's locker ifn you tell anybirdy about this!
Oh, we won't tell! Spot and Puffin both say.
They giggle as they leave the cabin.
