Chirps starts the recording Today, a day when most of us traditionally overindulge in sweet treats, it is a good idea to try to keep snacks to a minimum! Keep in mind, you can enjoy things in moderation, and not get fat! Also, fruits dipped in white chocolate and dark chocolate are lower in calories than regular candies. There are non-caloric sweeteners on the market, like sacharin, and Nutrisweet, but this budgie has learned that they can affect your digestion! Therefore a natural sweetener like sugar or even 'high fructose corn syryp' are better for you. Mainly because they are natural, and therefore will not add uneeded chemicals to the body. Again, all things in moderation! If you normally eat two or three (or more) pieces of candy or sweetened fruit pieces, try to nibble slowly on ONE piece! Trust me, your waistline, liver, kidneys, and heart will thank you later! So, in conclusion, eat in moderation, and as many natural foods as possible. Then you can truly enjoy your Valentine's Day snacks! HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!! Ms Chirps, proprietor♥ Chirps pops the tape into the shelf unit and exits the gym. |
