RaneBeau pushes the Flower Shop door open
and steps inside the sweet-smelling place. No matter the occasion or cause for a visit to The Pretty Rose Flower Shop there's always this soothing, uplifting, comforting, encouraging, joyful scent that fills the soul. It's no wonder the gals that work here seem to love their job.
Walking to the counter, RaneBeau says, "I'm here to pick up something for my mom?" He hands over the note he got concerning the matter. When the arrangement is set before him, he suddenly realizes what it's for. Touching the velvety hydrangea petals, he says, "These are the very color of little Ms. MamaBird, as is the white. How sweet of you to do this, Ruby. My mom, she'll be so touched. I know she'll want me to say thank you for your thoughtfulness, so thank you. Very much." RaneBeau lays a wingtip on Ruby's and gives it a squeeze before gathering up the flowers and the card. "Thanks again," he says as he backs out the shop's door.
