Hi Athena and Mackenzie
Gus pulls his feathers out when he is molting but usually leaaves the down. He tries to pick out the white fuzzies and pulls feathers too mom thinks is what actually happens. Gus has the light closer to his condo then mine and mom has a timer on it and thinks it does help him some though. Between the molt and hormones and food allegies mom says Gus is a hard fid to work with. Mom had parchment paper out today. She was lining the food dehydrator with it and I started cheeching real loud cause I loved the sound of that paper. Mom gave me some of it but after I got it I didn’t think it was so great after all. Mom hung it from the high perch in case I change my mind later. “Make new friends, but keep the old. For one is silver and the other is gold.” V4U…Your kissing cousin, Chi chi.
