Cori and Boo Boo arrive to set up the video
for todays class. Boo Boo tells Cori she is ready for her closeup as she sticks her face right on the camera lens.both of them then set up chairs along the back because part of the last part of the exercise will be using them. today they have decided not to dance but do a booty burn which will consist of slow repetition and some isometrics. this will not bulk your muscles up but tone your bum or glutes very nicely.Cori and Boo Boo begin their class. this exercise is done very slow. now spread your legs and do a squat as you rise squeeze your glutes together. now bring your feet closer together and continue doing squats and squeeze those bum muscles as you rise. do this 5 times and then hold continue squeezing. now spread your legs and do 5 more squats and hold. now lift left foot and stand on toes while continuing to squat and squueze those bum muscles. reverse foot stand on toes and squeeze thos bum muscles. now do a low squat with one leg in front and one leg behind keep squeezing those bum muscles. grab hold of the back of a chair and lift your leg behind and slowly lift it up and down continuing to squeeze the bum muscles. reverse legs and do the same still holding onto the chair hold your leg out to the side bringing it up and down and squeezing those bums muscles do this 5 times and old. now reverse legs. the last part of this exercise is called the cowboy strut. legs wide apart and squat and then in this position take 5 steps forward and 5 back now hold and tighten muscles. now lay on your back and bring your knees to your chest and hold still squeezing and relax. now class you are really going to feel those muscles you just used. they might be a little sore for a few days but if you practice you will end up with beautiful behinds.Cori and Boo Boo then run over and pour gatorade for anybirdy who wants to replenish electrolytes.
