Hey MacKenzie !
We really like NC. Someone we knew moved there and told us about it. We used to live in CT which is very expensive. When my parronts retired they decided to build a house there on a lake. We really love it here. Where we live...which is in central NC we have very little snow if any. Northern NC...and western NC get some snow., but not like up north. The cost of living is so much cheaper than the east coast.......people are really nice.....and medical care is good. You have Duke Hospital ......which is excellent and where we live our hospital is in the top 100 hospitals in the least that is what we have heard. Summers are hot and humid...but you put up with that to have the mild winters. We do get tornados here...but then we had those it CT. And......there is is the ocean too! My parronts are really happy they picked NC to retire.
Hope you have a great day today sweetie!
