Hi, Chica,
Do you have Safeway near you? The parronts signed up for the ecoupons. Mom just goes into her account and selects which coupons she wants to use among those listed. So if she buys the item the coupon will be applied. CVS often has coupons that one can attach to the rewards card so if the card is used and a product that matches is bought then the savings will be applied. Makes it so much easier. How many times mom had a coupon she forgot to use or found later she had, not to mention the expired ones.

Has your mom watched Chopped? They use the strangest ingredients sometimes. Mom and skinsis just have to laugh as the judges will have to eat what the chefs make. There was an episode that used Rocky Mountain Oysters and it became clear one of the contestants had no idea what it was so they had to tell him to make sure he had a chance of cooking it somewhat correctly. All mom could think was glad she didn't have to sample that!

Good that dad is making sure your mom doesn't overdo it and hope she's hurting less today.

How ideal that the sunroom can get so warm when it's cold outside. While normally 91 does seem way too hot, it probably didn't feel that bad. The blinds to regulate the heat is a good idea as the parronts will want to use the room all year 'round.

We got the free item we ordered from BC with our points. It came in a soft envelop and the delivery person left it inside the gate. However, Boza was outside and found it before the parronts did. Dad was inside and out working on mowing the lawn and weeding so one trip outside he said Boza was acting a bit sheepish and he found the chewed up envelop on the back lawn. The box was ripped open, but the foraging toy was okay. It's meant for us smaller birds and can put a treat inside (it's clear plastic) and there's a piece of thin cardboard to place around it to further hide the contents. There's lil cutouts so we can see there's something inside and we have to work at it to get what's inside. Mom is gonna buy a mini food stick to place in the center or else she could stuff it with a bunch of millet.

Have a great day, wing hugs, beak kisses and a vote for our big beautiful protector and friend, love Pearl and Silver. ♥
