inner was tasty last night. Mom made a pork burrito and put corn in it because all the rice was gone. Works for me!! I love the homemade tortillas she gets from the Mexican store too. We had Lean Cuisine for lunch, since she stocked up while they were on sale. That had rice in it, so I scored there too.
I was so sorry to hear about your continued foot issues. So now both feet are flaring up on you, and it is gout? I didn't know birdies could get gout. Dad used to get it all the time till he learned what foods to use to control it. He was in terrible pain, so I am very sympathetic. Hope the meds take care of it.
SweetPepper's G-Pa is home again, but it is still very hard on her mom to take care of him. He can eat a little, but his main nourishment comes thru a pump and Auntie Teri is totally in charge of that. She is such a great caregiver, and of course my darling SP does her best to show G-Pa how much she loves him. She is behaving perfectly in spite of all the tubes and stuff.
We had rain all night long, so everything here is clean and fresh. It was a polite rain too, because it stopped just in time for Dad to go to work. Then it came back while Mom was in the gym, but finished before she left to come home. Pretty good manners from clouds! We will still be chilly tomorrow, but then from Sunday on for a whole week we are supposed to be in the 70s! Sunbaths every day for this boy.
