Hello Miss Squeaky
Usually when Mom finds the lyrics to the songs, the ending is where it is customary to post the song writer/&/or performer and the copyright should be listed underneath that. I will post for you a Beatles song that shows what I'm talking about. Here comes the lyrics & "credits" to "When I'm 64"

When I get older
Losing my hair
Many years from now
Will you still be sending me a Valentine?
Birthday greetings bottle of wine?

If I'd been out
Till quarter to three
Would you lock the door?
Will you still need me
Will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four?

You'll be older too
And if you say the word
I could stay with you

I could be handy
Mending a fuse
When your lights have gone
You can knit a sweater by the fireside
Sunday mornings go for a ride

Doing the garden
Digging the weeds
Who could ask for more?
Will you still need me
Will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four?

Every summer we can rent a cottage
In the Isle of Wight if it's not too dear
We shall scrimp and save (we shall scrimp and save)
Grandchildren on your knee
Vera, Chuck, and Dave

Send me a postcard
Drop me a line
Stating point of view
Indicate precisely what you mean to say
Yours sincerely wasting away

Give me your answer
Fill in a form
Mine for evermore
Will you still need me
Will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four?

Songwriter(s): John Lennon, Paul Mccartney
Copyright: Sony/Atv Tunes Llc

Now, say if there is some bad language that's used, you can "birdie-fy" it for the BC's viewers per their rules & regulations or any deviation from using the actual words of the song, you still give credits by saying 'apologies & thanks to:" and then state the songwriters/performers then the copyright. It would still come under that. Personalizing the song at hand also the same thing..."thanks & apologies to"....

I have found that some songs didn't list the copyright. Try some other sites that post song lyrics & it just maybe there. If not, I just don't post it because I couldn't find it. Giving credit to the artists is what is important.

I hope I've helped. I must say that your profile picture is very pretty. Hope you lady-birds have a wonderful time at your "Girl's Night Out" Hugs to all, SamIAm
