Hi, Peepers,
Sounds like just bring Candi to the table to see the flock and family eat will eventually show Candi that all those foods aren't scary and she should try 'em. Obviously Dixie knows they're delish.

Snow? Sorry to hear you haven't gotten spring yet. We had a beautiful cool spring day yesterday. Sunny and lightly breezy. Hope your snow goes away soon.

So glad to hear that Dixie continues to do well and keeping his weight stable. Hopefully your mom can sleep a lil better now and worry a lil less over him since he's eating well and drinking that cherry juice.

Hmmm, one would assume that if the hawk grabbed the starling that he would've taken it to eat. Can't imagine what kinda shape it would be in falling and landing hard like that after being grabbed by the hawk. Aren't starlings plentiful? Like pidgeons? Those are the preferred food of the falcons that nest at our neighbor city's city hall for the last few years.

Keep warm, wing hugs, beak kisses and a vote, Pearl and Silver.

PS: The flock's Easter pics are beautiful, love 'em all!
