Hello Romeo!
I bet you loved having your mom home with you all day yesterday. Isn't it the greatest to be able to look up and there she is, doing whatever and listening for your chorus of song. Just this afternoon I was the first to hop on mom's head this one time when she stepped in to check on us all. I preened her hair and then hung down in her face so I could tap her nose. I guess it must've tickled but I had her giggling. I probably had a bit of a green beak because I'd been nibbling on Romaine lettuce. That butternut squash I was telling you about was mashed up in my brown rice medley. If it's in chunks I tend to eat around it but when it's mashed and stirred in, it's rather hard to avoid. I do love the birdie loaf that's baked for the bigger birds. It's got lots of chopped up veggies in it which I'll eat instead of toss aside. Didn't get any of that today because it was fruit day for the big guys. This cockatiel does NOT eat fruit so there was no sense even serving it to me or any of my group.

I wonder what's up with Sunny, not eating seeds anymore. That's so not like a cockatiel!! Reba, the Greenwing here, she'd rather eat pellets than the seed mix that's doled out as a treat. I find that rather odd behavior. I love seeds!

Always super to get to chat with you, Romeo. Sweet dreams tonight.
