Alfie soars into Kevlar Stadium
... his mitt firmly in his grasp until right before he reaches out the legs for the landing in the infield dirt. Just before the moment of impact with the ground, he tosses the mitt up, catching it with his beak as he slides in close to the pitcher's mound.

"Hey Jen. Let's play ball!"

Hi everybirdie! Ethyl!! It's great to see you! Sugar, Ceasaur, you're looking to be in excellent form there. Jen, I'm going to put this mitt in the dugout then do the routine exercises and stuff and then I want to get into some catching practice.

*Al tosses his mitt onto the dugout bench then heads out around the outer edge of the playing field in a slow and easy jog. This shouldn't be too hard at all considering all the flight practice he's been getting this past winter.*
