Hi Smoky
Mom usually gets in the walk/run race that is held on the trail every year. It was held yesterday and mom didn’t sign up for it right away cause she hadn’t walked much all winter and then when she did her back hurted so wasn’t sure if it would quit. By the time she thought she might sign up for it, it was too late. Now mom is glad she didn’t with the cold windy day we had here on yesterday and even saw sleet coming down a bit too! Dad helped with it and he came home and was froze and had a winter coat, hooded heavy sweatshirt and two shirts on so mom was happy to stay in the warm house. “Some people have asked mom how she can be friends with someone she has never met. Mom says they have never been on BC she bets and that about sums it up my friend.” Leaving a vote for you …Your BC friend,Gus
