Hey Peepers
Your mom worked really hard in the garden. It's too bad it's still cold enough to freeze her poor hands. Congratulations to Chyna on achieving 10k votes so fast! Way to go, girlfriend!
The squirrels mom returned to the center on Saturday have already been upgraded in their diet to step 2! That means a little more chunky food, but still lots of milk. They are in a bigger cage, too. That's the main reason mom returned them, they needed the light and larger enclosure.
Mom trained a new person today. She always likes training new people. Mom did the red tailed hawk's cage, because she just wanted the girl to observe, but the trainee did the education hawk's cage. Big news: Martha, our Great horned owl, is fostering an owlet! She helps out nearly every summer, and makes a terrific mom. It's sunny but still cool here, hope you are having a good spring day. Hugs, Willie
