Hi Snowflake
Is snowflake the only girl or is the new birdy the only girl. Thats cute i know the girls sing differently than the males and so your little girl bird would sound just like Feather. The females only do the chirp chirp chirp. I know the males tend to whistle. Our weather is crazy over here too. On thursday into friday the whole Chicago and its suburbs flooded badly with 35 counties declared a disaster like in some places the water was up to the roofs of the cars and some places nearby even had to avacuate. Thank god we didnt loose power and our house did not flood at all plus we had company in town at that very time. Now today we are sapose to get a little more rain to sort of help open up a wound. AND we might even get a spec of snow which is unheard of at this time. We got a spec of snow in spots that melted saturday morning. Things are happening so fast. Last summer was bad because we had a underground nest of yellow jackets we have never had before and we had carpenter ants in the house worse than ever. And our yard ended up with these grass eating worms that actually has detroyed big spots in the front yard that now have to be resodded. So its not just in the weather we had insect problems last year in our yard.
