Hi Athena
spiders scare mom but she tries not to hurt any and always puts a cup over them and then throws them in the yard or a shrub. they just really scare her. perhaps its from her childhood when her brothers would trap as many spiders as they could find and then put them in her bed. then mom would cry when all the spiders crawled all over her and when her dad would pull back the blankets he was amazed at how spiders were in her bed. of course the brothers always denied doing it. mom grew up in a house that was over 150 years old with lots of crawl spaces and secret passage ways and spiders loved that house. one night cori started screaming and attacking moms head and mom found a big wood spider hiding in her hair!. love Boo Boo
