You were quick in getting your baseball picture posted. I hear you really had to wrestle with it to get it to cooperate though. Well, with your calm determination, I never doubted you'd accomplish the task. It's how I see you playing baseball too; calmly determined to thrash the opponents when necessary! *Reba gives Ruby's shoulder a little push as she teases with her friend.* Jake, he better be ready for this coming season because I think you and me, we're going to have a good time making it a memorable one for him.
As is the norm with my visits these days, I have a baseball memo to deliver:
One week from today two teams will have played their first one of the 2013 BazeBol season! I don't know if that will included us or not, the schedule is even now being written up, but we need to continue to get ready for our first game and all the games to come. SO, let's crank up our efforts for the remainder of this week and give the last of Spring Training our best efforts.
On TUESDAY: (Tomorrow)
Batting Cage Practice at Kevlar Memorial Stadium (239836)
GROUP PRACTICE; 2 PM EST / 1 CST at the stadium. This is a LIVE practice. Bring your glove. If your parront is unable to bring you, find a teammate that will "bring you along" with them. This will be our only LIVE-ACTION practice session before Opening Day.
Field exercises; squats, wing strengthening, stair climbing, rope climb at Kevlar Stadium.
On FRIDAY: Any activity you feel could use improved be it throwing, catching, batting, running/sprinting or physical endurance.
As soon as I know the playing schedule, you will be informed.
Here's to the MAJOR LEAGUE BEAKS and their last week of Spring Training! Go get'em, RUBY!!
