Hey Bentley
No worries about getting back to me. I'm only sorry that your parronts are not feeling so great. We hope they feel much better very soon.
Yes, you are older than I am. I will be 12 in June. But I am a macaw, a big beak girl so I am larger than you, although not quite as big as my blue and gold macaw sister, Mackenzie.
Mom took a class offered by a bird rescue group in her area on Saturday. It's required if you want to adopt or volunteer and mom is thinking about both. She was thinking about a conure but also a pious. Since she and dad are in their late 50's they want to consider an adult to senior bird since she knows we will outlive them and she is worried about where we will go.
I was so happy to hear from you and I look forward to hearing from you again.
Take care!
Athena and Mackenzie
