Hey Josh
No worries and no hurry. Mom was just giving your mom a head's up. I had to laugh. Mom is always nice and respectful, but angelic, LOL! Nope. But it's very nice your mom doesn't mind a good rant from time to time. Mom says she promises not to make a habit of it!
Those jalapeno poppers are the best. Funny, daddybird is Irish/Scottish/English. When mom had him for dinner the first time for Mexican food (about 38 years ago), he took one bite of (very mild) enchilada and went running for the sink claiming his mouth was on fire! Mom's family just stared at him like he was from another planet. But now, daddybird is the one spicing up everything, loves Mexican food - mom always says she taught that guy how to eat!
Anyway, I can't wait to see you tomorrow and, oh yes, I will be wearing that hat - just for you sweet Josh!
Love and winghugs,
