Hi Charlie
yep knew you were tied up there with siblings getting things and had to share the time with them too. Glad to hear that Uncle Dave is doing so well too!! It was nice and cool yesterday so mom wanted to go walk her 4 miles on the trail and dad was going to ride his bike the 9 miles he does. When they got down there this Poplar tree looked like it had exploded and some parts of it was 150‘ up the trail. Though dad didn’t see any marks he thought it might of got hit by lightening the night before that. It is a huge tree and most of it is still standing and there was some parts of it high up stuck on the limbs. Dad got the big stuff off the trail till he gets more volunteers to help with with it . “Friendship, like flowers, blooms ever fair, when carefully tended by dear friends that care.” Leaving a big old vote for you my friend….Gus
