Hi Angel
mom just keeps trying and remembering that the avian vets told her on 2 separate times last year that i was dying and there was nothing they could do. she feels considering that diagnosis i am doing very well. there are still signs that i am not completely well but all in all mom thought i was doing pretty good. seeing the red feathers just shocked mom into reality. the one vet did say it takes an awfully long time to recover and so all mom can do is keep me as healthy as she can. there are lots of good signs including my beak and nails, my eyes are clear and i am alert and curious and demanding. even though i have these red feathers the normaly green feathers are still in good shape and have a nice sheen to them. mom says i must feel pretty good also or i wouldnt enjoy things like bathing and playing so we will take it one day at a time.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY! love your Cori
