I have never had a blood feather. What causes them? They sound really awful. You are so lucky to have Auntie Rose to come over to your house.
106 degrees with 95 at 10PM? I thought we had it bad. Do you get humidity? At least if it isn't humid it doesn't stick to you, if you know what I mean.
Well, it continues to be too darned hot here, and so I didn't get outside this morning. We normally have no humidity, so the heat is not as bad as some places. However we are cloudy, muggy and still hot (humidity about 60% which is high for us.) Neither Mom nor I wanted to go outside, so we stayed in and listened to the radio this morning.
It was so hot, Mom passed on zumba!! Now you know that means something. She figured she was sweating enough just sitting around, so why add to it. More Mom time for me, so no complaints!
And we don't know if it is the heat or health, but Cassie the cat has stopped eating. She wasn't chubby to start with, so she is downright skinny after four days of barely nibbling. She is almost 20 years old, so Mom and Dad are afraid she is thinking about the Bridge. I think they may be right, so I have even stopped picking on her!!
Don't forget that my evil twin Killian will be calling tomorrow's game, so that I can play with my team, the Phoenix Base Flyers. He has promised to behave himself, but his word is basically worthless. We shall see. I did hear some comment from him about how we had the best looking females in the League, so I am a bit concerned....
