Hi Jasper
i am so sorry you are having problems with the neighbor complainingabout the noise. i know you already know this but please remember you can catch more flys with honey than vinegar. the neighbor probably thinks all big parrots are cockatoos and wouldnt know the difference between a cockatoo, amazon or macaw. since the neighbor is already giving you a hard time perhaps it might work in your favor if the neighbor was invited over to see what is going on at your house and maybe in someway the neighbor could become involved in helping birds and through that would have a better tolerance and understanding and maybe over time even love for what your mom does, neighbors can be real ball busters (excuse moms language). people who say they hate cats usually havent had much contact with them and once they do become the biggest cat lovers around and i am thinking the same thing goes with birds. mom can hear Cori scream a mile away from the house. she can also hear me scream but not as far away. even if there are other blue jays outside screaming mom can pick my voice out immediately when i am in my cage on the porch. i certainly wouldnt lose any sleep over making too much noise at this point until the neighbor is involved with all the bird rescue operations. you never know how things can work out positive from a negative situation.

love Boo Boo
