The Locked door
Hi everybirdie, Queen L'il Angel here with THE REST OF THE STORY.
"The deafening screams fill the room, echoing off the walls and ceiling. "We're trapped" yell the birdies in the dark, scary room..."Sam Is At The Castle Banquet Table Sitting Near An air vent when he hears the screams of the Queen's Entourage & Explorers in the Castle Dungeon. Sam hops over one whole perch and fluffs his feathers! Their cries sends a chill down Sam's spine & he leaps up and runs to Director Popeye's office that is in the Castle. Sam runs in panting and sees Director Popeye watching a series of small video screens that blink to different parts of the rooms that they are set up the kitchen, the guest rooms, the specialized rooms that the Kings & Queens have created, and of course, the dark dungeon! Sam squints at the dungeon screen because it looks so different from the other screens? Kinda a green color? He can clearly see Queen Little Angel & the rest of the guests. Director Popeye, who has her feet propped up on the desk, filing her toenails as Sam had come in, but has now used her file as a pointer, points at that screen saying, "Night vision cameras" Sam nods. Director Popeye smiles, "I haven't lost a Queen or King YET! And I don't plan to, either! There's help just a shout away but as for now, I have the Guard Birds standing down for the Queen's adventures....but she's safe! Sam smiles & nods. He then waves as he leaves Director Popeye to monitor the situation. Sam sighs relief knowing they're in the good wings of Director Popeye, Head of All Security of The BC & Castle. Sam shuffles off to finish his food.
"Dixie & Little Angel hang onto each other for dear life in the sudden darkness in which they were all thrown in the bowels of the deepest caverns in the Castle's lower entities! Everybiridie is trying to find each other to hold on to in the eerie darkness! "Falco? ,Willie? Where are your flashlights? We need them right now,we can't even see a wingtip in front of us" "Falco yells back to Little Angel " when the lights went out she got scared and dropped the flashlight" As Queen LA calls for Willie to put his flashlight on,there is no answer! "Willie! Willie! WILLIE!!! Oh No!! Has anyone seen WILLIE?????"
Snowy says ' Willie, stop playing around. Where are you buddy?" the room remains silent.
"OH NOOOOO" says Cookie, holding tight to Chirpy's wing. "Cydney, you here?" "YEP!" comes the whispered reply. Every bird stand frozen with fear in the dark, eery silence of the very black room.
"Alright. We need to make some kind of a plan of get outta here." Queen LA says calmly as possible. ' let's all separate and using our wings feel around the room and see if we can find another way out."
No birdie dared to move. " Dixie, you and I will head to the right and see if there is a -----------(their voices trail away mid sentence, as a cold breeze whizzed by them........"
see ya tomorrow
love Queen Little Angel
