Hello My Sweet Guy
I imagine that you're home alone, well, with the rest of the flock, while your parronts are off to pick up your Dad's bike. I wonder what you do to entertain yourself while there's no one at home. I've taken up a completely new activity, well, actually two. The first one is this new passion for throwing everything out of my toy box that sits on top of the cage. There's all these foot toys and rings and chunks of wood and whatnot that in the past I've been happy to fiddle with, chew on or ignore, depending on the mood, but here lately I've taken to flinging stuff as far as I can get it to go. That is sometimes the south wall or the north corner where RaneBeau hangs out a lot. I think I've beaned him a couple of times with a foot toy. Mom's getting her exercise by constantly gathering up the flung toys and putting them back in the box. I don't leave them there for long I can assure you.

You asked about Friday's baseball games; for the sake of not extended the season any longer, Mom proposed that she just play out the games and write up a very short summary. Prolonging the season was not a preference in the least.

I hope it doesn't take L&I very long to approve the power chair for your mom. Sounds like it would be a big help in getting her around the house. I'm so disappointed that she's now having pain in her hands, wrists and arms. You're so right; it seems to be just one thing and then another for her. So not fair. Not fair at all.

As I'm sure you know, seeing as Scooby's probably mentioned it a time or two, Chyna was a guest in my home yesterday. Oh Simon, she's just the cutest little thing! So pretty, so dainty, so darling! And her Mama, oh my! What a happy, bubbly gal! She just exuded joy and love! The only bummer for me was that I didn't get invited out to the aviary while everyone else was hanging out there. Nope. Can you believe it? Mom explained she didn't want to make Chyna feel crowded so at first it was only RaneBeau out there with Chyna, Jenny Lynn, Ziggy and Lalo. Then as things settled down, others of the McFlock were taken out; Kelly and Aflie and of course Arthur Alex because his dad wanted to see him as surely did Jenny. I though, never got the invite, even after Chyna moved into her stroller and sat with the adults around the table. I think I was forgotten! Every effort is being made to make it up to me today; I'm out here with mom now and have been given lots of extra neck rubs and forehead scritches. I really love having those feathers right about my beak scratched. My eyes drift shut when it happens. Mmmm! Feels so good!

Here's hoping your parronts have a safe trip today and that your Dad's bike is in tip-top shape. Will he be racing this weekend? How does your mom like the new toy hauler? Is she able to get comfortable there during the races?

With all my love~
