|WELL, Whadaya KNOW!!!
It's Cap'n mac and his goof frother Louie!! GUYS!! It's great t'hear from you!!!!!!
What a rockin' surprise. Actually I read your note about a week ago but I haven't had but a moment or two on the ol' BC (gotta share that BOTM vote) so your note's gone unanswered for way longer than it should've.
Really glad t'hear that all's well with the two of you. Bummer about the tail feathers, Mac, and Louie, the same for your chest feathers. Life's a real stresser sometimes, ain't it, and nothin' helps with the worries like givin' a feather a good yank. Hopefully things will settle down for you guys once you're all moved and comfortable again. I"m so sorry about all the chaos life's been throwin' at your family for way too long now. And so sad about Betty's passing and Tory's needing a different home setting. His heart must really be hurtin' these days. I can only imagine...
Life is bein' real kind to me these days. I've got me a macaw sister now; a Greenwing, believe it or not. She came here as a foster along with her Blue & Gold frother. Yup, I had me some company there for awhile that looked just like you guys! Elvis was adopted not too long after he moved here and then after he left, Reba settled right in and made herself comfortable here so Mom invited her t'stay. That wouldn't have happened if I'd been upset about her presence, but I wasn't. Reba and I get along great, even sharing a cage. She sleeps on the outside at night but roams in and out all day, just like I do. It's a nice arrangement.
This is so awesome, gettin' to chat with you guys again. You always were some of my coolest friends! I've missed ya guys. Take care and if it works out, I hope we get t'chat more in the future.
