Oh my gosh your cockatiel is so cute!! I saw he or she is only a year old. Your bird looks a lot like my cockatiel because I have a pearled cockatiel too accept I can tell your bird is a whole lot younger plus your bird has more yellow in the face. It could be a female and you will soon find out by how it chirps. If it does a lot of chirp chirp chirp its a female. If it starts to do a lot of whistling and imitating than its a male because males are more vocal. You can see pictures of Feather on my page. But if you want to get a really good view of Feather and hear her chirping and stuff go to my utube page "Sheri45myvideos" oh and I almost forgot to say that my cockatiel is 17 years old and still running around and eating and chirping and so if you take good care of yours you will have many happy years with yours. I feed Feather the Bonanza seed which she loves the pellets as her favorite and I feed her the nutriberries.
