|Hi Princess and Cydney
2 cups all-purpose flour 4 eggs
½ teaspoon salt 1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
1 teaspoon baking powder 1 ½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, sift or mix together well the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In another large bowl, beat together the eggs, pumpkin, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture; beat well. Pour batter into a 9”x 13” baking dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake for 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on a wire rack.
NOTE: Cool completely before covering with whipped topping or your favorite frosting.
I only wish I could stop and visit with you like before without having to rush off like this! Mom was out all day and I was with her so now I'm trying to get all my visits in before she falls asleep on the keyboard! Please give your awesome Mom a warm hug from my Mom and we send you all our love along with warm birdie hugs and soft beakie kisses to my sweet precious Lutino Twins who I love soooo very verrry much! Loving you always and forever,Dixie!
