Hi Sugar-
Oh dear... Mom is trying to type this and I am charging her fingers! Well, THAT isn't gonna get my blogging done now, is it?

We had a lovely day here, which was good, cuz Mom spent a lot of time bringing in some of her outdoor plants. She's got a picture of the bathroom that she's going to post on my page. It's full of plants now, and there is at least one more to come in from the front porch, but as it was, she had enough trouble trying to get all the plants to fit in one picture!

Mom liked the story about the Monster Green Cheek. If it makes you feel any better, I can be pretty Monstery myself. And Peabody put on quite a display of Monster Lovebird the other day...it was really a hoot...he was flapping like crazy and hopping back and forth along the perch.

I do visit all the newbies...Phoenix the finch pretty much ignores me. He's a pretty self-possessed little guy. The other day he got out, and Mom couldn't catch him in her net, so they finally just waited for him to get close to the cage, opened the door, and he hopped right in. He also doesn't panic when Mom goes to clean their cage, just moves out of the way and waits her out. Anyway, he has like 6 other little finches in there with him raising heck, so he doesn't have a lot of time to pay attention to me.

Sherman and Peabody are still very suspicious of all of us. They don't run for the back of the cage every time the 'ronts and I are there, but today Mom hung some millet for them, and they haven't ventured from their snuggie tent yet! Silly birdies!

Silly Outside Birdies, too. Sometimes I try to talk with them, but they don't seem to speak parrotlet. I like the Doves and the Cardinals best...they sound the most interesting to me.

Hey! Sherman just came out, did the monster lovebird thing and went over to eat millet, and then Peabody came out after him and now they're both chowing down! How about that?!?

You like movies where things blow up? We don't generally get those, but we do like NCIS, and occasionally they have good explosions on there. Of course, by the time they get to them, I'm usually buried way behind Mom's neck where they can't get to me! HA!

Have a terrific day--kisses and hugs to you and the unfeathered flock members too!
