Hi Taz
Cranberry Pudding
About 8 servings

1 ¼ cups fresh cranberries ½ cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar ½ cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup chopped pecans 5 1/3 tablespoons (1/3 cup)
butter, melted
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Put the cranberries in a medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle the brown sugar over cranberries, and toss gently. Mix in the chopped pecans, and turn into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. In another medium-sized bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over cranberry mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.
NOTE: Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.

I wish to thank you for all the love and supporting votes you have given me throughout my month long campaign for BOTM! You mean so much to me!
Wishing you a great day and I'm sending you all my love along with warm birdie hugs and soft beakie kisses! Love,Dixie
