What A Crazy Place I Live At!!!
Today has been odd. It warmed up to 80 degrees today, making Mom very hot because she had on long sleeves getting the front gate & area ready for the hayride to come by. And the squawk-a-tiels have taken 3 blogs tonight! Watch out for those mean birds! I need to get my squawk swatter! With those temps today, did I get to have any sun??? NOOOO! I was miffed about that.

But then the craziness that began when Mom & her mate were chasing the cats around to take them ALL AT ONE TIME to the Vet, that was hilarious & appeased my anger about not being outside! The comedy that erupted in front of my beak was the best laugh I've had in weeks.

Oh yeah, there's going to be TWO Halloweens at our house. The normal people of the world outside the good neighborhood of Providence Pines, where Mom & Mate lives, are celebrating Halloween on Oct. 31st. BUT Mom's crazy neighborhood is deciding to do it on November 1st. (?????) To add to this mix of nuttiness, it's suppose to RAIN with chance of lightening on Friday night. Oh. My. Goodness!!! Can I set up a camera out there to see this, or what??? Mom's Mate is saying "No way to a "maybe hayride" and Mom thought if they used their old bass boat, they could be scary fishermen with rain gear & gaffe in hand & treat bucket in other. It did nothing but "rock the boat" with her mate because there is NO SENSE OF HUMOR in the man.

So, that's about it. Sounds to me, her mate will be trying to keep the lights off at their house tomorrow night. She says she'll be tromping through the woods then...the woods in the front of the house to the street, to hand out candy to the Providence Pines Wannabes who come from great distances to partake of the hayride. Then the next night....yeah, we'll see how that turns out.??? No telling. Humans are insane. There's just no argument about it. KooKooville will commence tomorrow through Friday night. Sheesh!

Now lets see about those rascally squawk-a-tiels try to take this one. Grrrr!! Get AWAY Squawk-a-tiels!

Hugs to all, SamIAm
