2 cups of cranberries
2 small oranges
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon of ground allspice

1. Pick over and wash the cranberries.
2. Chop the cranberries coarsely using a food chopper or a food processor. Empty into a large bowl and set aside.
3. Finely grate the orange zest;then remove the remaining pith.Add the zest to the cranberries.
4. Slice the oranges in half and remove the seeds;process it coarsely and add to the cranberries.
5. Add the sugar and allspice and mix well.
Chill for several hours before serving.

We are going to make this relish to go with our Thanksgiving feast today so everybirdie get ready for an afternoon of slicing and dicing for a taste that goes so well with Thanksgiving dinner!
