Hi Spirit Cloude

10 medium russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 large cloves of garlic, peeled and quartered
6 tablespoons of butter
½ cup warm milk
salt and white pepper to taste

1. Boil the potatoes and garlic in enough cold water to cover, for 35-40 minutes,or until tender.
2. Drain the potatoes and garlic reserving ¼ cup of the liquid.
3. Mash thoroughly, using a potato masher or a food ricer.
4. Gradually add enough butter, milk, and reserved liquid to make the potatoes fluffy and creamy.
5. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
Mom is on the run again today so while I'm silent today and with you we will work on getting the potatoes peeled, boiled and then mashed with all the special ingredients added in for our next side for our Thanksgiving feast!
Wishing you a great day and I'm sending you all my love along with warm birdie hugs and soft beakie kisses! Love,King Dixie
