|Where have you guys been?
We've been worried sick! Did you know that Ms. Chirps flew to the Rainbow Bridge, and that I'm running for BOTM?
Here's one of my blogs:
Well, I'm back! Mommy was sick yesterday, so I had to stay home and make sure she woke up for insulin and meals! She's better now, so here we go!
Today, Mr. Kiddo and Mrs. Sweetpepper are helping with a Thanksgiving decoration: Pinecone turkeys!
1. Cut out leaf shaped felt in browns and reds and oranges for the tail feathers. Glue them together, then glue them to the back of the pinecone.
2. Cut out a head and neck shape in the light brown felt and glue on craft eyes(really cheap at the stores).
3. Cut out and glue on a felt or craft paper beak and feet.
This simple turkey is now ready to decorate your table!
Check out the gallery for more easy turkeys, you can do it!
Somebirdy asked if craft paper and construction paper are bird safe! I know they are human safe cause mom used to eat it when she was in school!Hehehe!!!
Nowadays, things that go into schools have to pass strict standards for safety. If you are still in doubt, ask for the dye ingrediants.
PS. I want to birdsonally thank you all for your support of my campaign! I love you all!!!
