Hi Paulie&Peetie

3 cups of leftover mashed potatoes
2/3 cup of cooked, and crumbled bacon
leftover turkey slices
1 cup of sliced carrots,cooked
1 cup of cooked peas
1 cup of leftover coarsely chopped creamed onions
1 ½ cups of leftover gravy
2 cups of leftover cranberry sauce
(leftover stuffing can be substituted for the mashed potatoes and bacon)

1. Reheat the mashed potatoes.
2. Mix the bacon into the mashed potatoes
3. Spread the mashed potatoes in a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Cover with the sliced turkey.
5. Add the carrots,peas, and creamed onions to the gravy;mix well .
6. Pour the gravy mixture over the turkey.
7. Broil until golden brown,for approximately 10 minutes.
8. Serve at once with cranberry sauce.

I'll be sending my last recipe right after this as I can't seem to get them to both be on the same page!
