Hi, Chyna
The previous times mom had to work the overnights she tried sleeping when she got home and it didn't work. It is much better to sleep prior to going in and with the midnight start is much easier to go to bed around 4 and she just covers us then too as it is dark by 5 anyway. However, in areas of colder temps the driving at night wouldn't be so great.

The parronts don't drink wine so never heard of ice wine. Sounds like it is made from grapes that have frozen? Can't imagine trying to pick the lil grapes with fingers stiff from the cold though.

Love the pic of you looking out the window and the jays at the feeder and is that an outside birdhouse?

We're look forward to sledding and ice skating and have dressed warmly.

Keep warm, wing hugs, beak kisses and a vote, Pearl and Silver.
