Hi Chyna
Mom took Nana to the eye dr yesterday and the pressure in her eyes has gone down and is doing much better and then she took her to get her driver's license and she passed the eye test, she was so nervous, she was shaking, she was so eggcited to have passed she had Mom drive her across the highway so that she could get a square of rum cake in the bakery there and celebrate! But it was a challenge to try and even make both places on time as Mom took the highway and got past one eggcit and then came to a standstill and crawled the next 4 eggcits as there was a bad accident,a vehicle went over the ditch in the median strip and the policemen had the one lane coned off so it was one lane all the way up the next five exits! Then when Mom and Nana got to the eye drs they had to wait for another hour and a half before they got in,Nana had a 1:20 appointment and she didn't get in til nearly 3:15!Nana has the prisms in her lens' and that seems to help when she sees the lines on the road,so far they haven't crossed over each other! That wine production sure is a very special and careful process to make sure it comes out just right! Mom visited a wine making plant somewhere in Va I think years ago and it was quite interesting, she got to taste some of the different wines they made there, some of the dinner wines, sweet wines, chablis, chardonnays etc!And we can just imagine how eggspensive each one is depending on the kind of wine and how its made, where etc! But that icewine sure does sound really interesting and I can't thank you enough for telling me more about it and how its done!
Mom is going out again today to finish up what she ran out of time for yesterday, she's got to get some more wild bird seed and go to the dump along with a few other errands!I just loved the sledding skating party and I sure did have sooo much fun,I always do when I'm with you!
It sure sounds like your sweet Parronts had a bad day on the eggspressway too with that 40 car pile up,how scary is that? Mom can't wait to get everything done and to come home and stay home for the weekend!
The hot peppermint chocolate was just what we needed after being out in the cold snow for so long!
Wishing you a greyt day and I'm sending you all my love along with warm birdie hugs and soft beakie kisses! Love always,Dixie
