Hi Kacey
We were in the blizzard area and it was pure whiteout all last night and today with the winds whipping all the snow around and creating big drifts everywhere, the snow on the deck alone was waist high on my Mom.She couldn't even get out the front door, the snow was piled up blocking the door so when you pushed on the inside to get out it wouldn't budge!Skin bro came over and hired a friend to snow blow it all out of our driveway while he worked on shoveling off the deck, walkway and mailbox area! Mom decided she was going to get the snow off the windows so we could look outside, she got the broom from the mudd room and shut the door, swept the door frame inside first so the door wouldn't get frozen shut, then did the windows with the broom, went to put the broom back inside and the door was locked and it was 12 degrees outside, her hands were stinging with the cold, she panicked and yelled for skin bro,he dropped the shovel and came running, and blew his breath on the little button thing that you open the screen door with and voila the door opened for him!In just a matter of a minute the little button froze to push on to open the door! Then he went to get his car out of the street and move it to the now plowed out driveway and the car was stuck in the snow, the snow was too high under his car and Mom and he had to shovel under the car so the car could move past all the snow underneath it,it kept spinning its wheels! It's 3 degrees here right now and going down to near 0.Mom is tired of constantly being cold!
Oh Kacey I would love to come over and play with you and keep warm! We got about 14 inches and its soo cold its making us want to see the heat of the summer back here again! I'm so glad and happy I am an indoor birdie also! How do those wild birdies do it,keeping warm and finding something to eat in a white out blizzard condition like this?
Wishing you a greyt day and I'm sending you all my love along with warm birdie hugs and soft beakie kisses! Loving you always and forever,Kallie!
