Hi Captain
It's actually raining and in the 50s here today, but tomorrow it will be back to the 30s again.
Mom had a volunteer meeting this morning, and they added something new. There is now an education component to the meetings. This morning the volunteers learned about the relationship between eastern phoebes and brown headed cowbirds. There were pics of the babies, too, which is helpful. A lot of times when mom does an intake of baby birds, she doesn't know what kind they are and has to get help, so the more the staff shares about identification, the better it is for everyone.
Anyway, mom is home now, and we get her for the rest of the day. I think she's not working at the museum this week, because she doesn't have anything written on the calendar, but you never know. I hope you are having a great day with lots of love and scritchies today. Hugs, Willie
