Hi Scion
My Mom is so inspired by what your sweet Momma has done for you and she's going to try and make my corner perch all cozy and covered with soft material so I can sit on it too! She'll see how she does with making that and then she'll try and attempt to make the tent part of it!She went out yesterday after the snow stopped(we got 7 more inches)and took my thermal perch back as it stopped working and was ice cold, the pet store told her that they would call her on Friday to let her know if she could get another one in exchange for the one she brought back.I just can't thank you enough for all the info on the GABA powder,Mom has been trying to get that for me now for over a year!Mom and I send you lots of hugs and kisses for helping us out so we can actually get some! The vets don't want to give me any or even tell us how to get it!You are so amazing and we all love you!Thank you soooo much!Oh those lovebird babies are never ending!Mom used to raise them and she had one breeding pair,Ralph and Alice, and as soon as the last egg was in the nest there would be another clutch in the nest the next day started! She had so many babies she couldn't keep up with them all,and you couldn't hear the tv,or anyone who called on the phone,it was so loud! They are so cute to watch form and grow from the egg into the little pink ET's to when they get their feathers!Mom raised both Keets and Lovies together so you can imagine what a mess and the loudness of the house with them all there!Mom would pull her babies at two weeks to hand feed them,it helps with taming the Lovies as they are quite nippy and can bite to really make you bleed, even the babies do too!I think that's a great idea for your sweet Momma to steal the babies to hand feed them!My Mom was feeding them every 2 hours till they got older, between the Keets and the Lovies,(she had over 50 babies at one time)she was a zombie and she had my skin bro who was a baby at the time also so that time in her life she never got any sleep at all!She couldn't see herself doing that today, that's for sure,my dad keeps her sleepless with all this snow!We got 7 more inches of snow yesterday and it made Mom late going out to run her errands as she had to wait for the snow to stop around 10am.Its really cold here a warm 19 degrees!Thank you again for the info on the GABA powder, and Mom will figure out from what you take to what I should be getting!Hi! Squeaks! How are you doing? I can be warm now because of you and Scion! I love you both soooo much! You get some sleep now and I'll be talking to you again! I'm so glad we met!I love you all!Give your sweet Momma a warm hug from my Mom and give Squeaks a big GCC hug from me and I give you all my love also!Wishing you a greyt day and I'm sending you all my love along with warm birdie hugs and soft beakie kisses! Loving you always and forever,Dixie
