Yes, my Mom can walk. She's got a boot on that she had to wear after her surgery too, just until she gets her "one stitch" out of her foot from removing the screw. I think she might put a picture up of me perching on the tip of her boot...I like to sit there when she puts her foot up at work :) When she had her surgery, she was on crutches for 6 weeks, & then had to wear the boot & walk with it for two more weeks. She learned how to get around on that boot really well, so now she's not having any problems with it...except for making a clomping noise... :) She saw these parakeets the other day who had slinkys in their cage, that they would land on & bounce. Do you have any slinkys?
