Thanks for the advice. He doesnt seem to be upset, but he is a moody one. He is the most demanding of all my babies. He screams when he doesnt get what he wants or just to cause drama I think. I cant think of how he would be getting poisoning. He wont pluck in front of me...I am going to make him a sweater tomorrow after a trip to the fabric store, if that gets destroyed...I may make him a collar I saw in the quaker parrot socitey website. He may look like a lil giraffe but I want his feathers to come back, keep in touch, and if you think of anything else let me know, thanks!
