Animal care
I am serious! Several times I have heard of people who got budgies, or if their parents had unlimited amounts of money, bigger birds, as party decoration or decor for the home! And what is worse, decor gets a cage that is sold in a decor catolag, you know, little pagoda shaped thing totally unfit for anything but, uh, decoration. Oh, and by the way, I shop at a few petsmarts sometimes for food and such, but I have been in two PETCOs, and both had seriously sick birds. Also, PETCOs all have the same cage layout, and I do not know when the last time you were in there, but it is seriously screwed. The birds are like in ten-gallon tanks, and the budgies and teils are in glass cages set in the middle of the walk way! Very upsetting. |
