hello
whats your mates name? mum tells me she used to have 5 diamond doves when she was younger. they were her second birds, her first pet was a canary and her brother loves doves and got the diamonds. they were so cute and lived a ripe old age. the two guys were called charlie, both came at different times in our life, and their mates were diamond, and the first diamond and charlie had a baby we simply named baby dove. they were the last birds we 'purchased' and mum would love to have more in the future, but will only rescue birds, not buy them. since over here its such a underregulated horrible business, the pet trade, and purchasing encourages it. mum wont buy mal treated birds in pet shops either, she calles the RSPCA on them so they can get in trouble, and the birds rescued. phew sorry about the length! lots to tell re doves! xo umberto |
