Hi Chiosky
this weekend was a long holiday weekend here, b/c of Australia Day & mum & dad took me for a drive today!
I had to sit in my little travel cage, which i don't like very much, but i was a good boy anyway!
Mum went to have a look at 2 bird shops. She loves to do that every now & then! In the first shop there was a cute B&G Macaw girl, who liked my mum very much (I'm "green" with envy!)She had the cheek to climb on to my mum's arm & nibble on her necklace & she even said: "Hello!"
Mum was very excited to hold such a big bird, since she's only used to me & i'm about 10x smaller & lighter!
She said, there were soooooo many b'ful and all different breed birds, but only one quaker pair, blue & green & they will only be sold together. Isn't that nice? The shop owner said, that in about 2 weeks they'll have blue quaker babies & they're even DNA tested, so mum could get me a girlfriend, but dad is still very much against it! It will take a lot of convincing on mum's side, for that to happen!
After all that, we went to this big park & fed the ducks, the pelicans, the black swans & about a hundred pigeons! My eyes got bigger & bigger when i saw all that!
Sure was glad to come home & see my castle again & get out of that little jail thing!
