thanks fer the visit. heres the recipe: Ingredients: 1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix, 3 tablespoons corn meal,1 table spoon peanut butter, 1 small jar baby food sweet potatoes, 3 eggs, 2 ground egg shells(or 1 table spoon of ground cuttlebone) DIRECTIONS: prepare muffin mix as shown on package, add two additional eggs and remaining ingredients, mix well until peanut butter dissolves, pour into a greased 8 inch sqare pan. bake at 325 for 25-30 mins. cut into 1 inch squares and wrap in plastic wrap. put wrapped rows in large ziplock bag and freeze. to prepare: break a piece off of a row and defrost as needed. sounds like a lot, doesn't it? well, its easier than it looks. wellllllllllllllllll heres a vote. byebye, suzyanna |
