Sylvan is great. About our neighbor, no offense taken. I am sure what I have said about him is even worse! Somtimes Hope or Pobbins have gotten really sick off of what they put out. I mean we try to kepp them over here, but they can smell the food, so it is like trying to stop an avalanche when they door opens, if something has been put out. Our dogs used to scare of any other animal, and can still keep some of them away if they bark, but it is not as effective. Plus, like you said, barking is annoying, so we do not let her do it unless we really see something. She might get let out then, because she will usually come right back after she has chased it off to tell you about it. I do fell sorry for dogs that bark all the time for attention. I think soemtimes, (I do not know about your neighbors dog, I am just talking in general) the more they bark, they more they are mistreated and ignored, the more they bark,ect. So sad. |
