Patrick has inspired us!
Here are some St. Patrick's Day limericks for our very own flock:
There once was a 'keet named Chiquito,
Who was quite the budgie bandito,
But when St. Paddy's Day came,
He became quite lame
From jigging with his leprechaun feet, Oh!
There once was a bird named O'Zuni
Who some say behaves kinda looney,
But it's simply explained,
So don't be pained,
She just squawks to a St. Paddy's Day tune-y!
Zippy bird's not very old,
And always tries for the pot o' gold,
By swooping real low,
Under every rainbow -
Someday he's going to grow mold! |
